Cardio Kickboxing is a kick-butt, sweat pouring, bag slamming, aggression releasing, power-punching workout for the “bored with the spa scene,” raging kick boxer deep inside us all! It combines boxing, martial arts kicking, stretching and body conditioning in a one-hour cardiovascular/resistance/bag training workout. You’ll be breaking a serious sweat and learning some serious self defense without any of the serious stuff [uniforms, belts, bowing, yelling foreign words, etc.] It’s hard work, but it’s the most fun way to get in shape ever! You don’t have to be a great athlete to participate, all you need is the desire to get in better shape and we’ll do the rest! Classes are open to men and women, ages 15 and up.
